Features

6x Optical Zoom / Easy Zoom Versatile Model That's Great for Family Portraits, Travel Shots and More

Featuring a 6x optical zoom (equivalent to a 37mm-222mm zoom on a 35mm film camera), our versatile LZ models are perfect for everyday shooting and great to bring along on a family trip. You'll appreciate the convenience of Easy Zoom: Press the button once for 6x zoom. Press twice for 9x Extra Optical Zoom (35mm equivalent: 333mm**) to get even closer to your subject***.
For added convenience, LZ models use AA batteries. So if you're out somewhere and the batteries start running low, just drop into a convenience store and pick up fresh ones.

* In the U.S.A. market, the Extra Optical Zoom is called the Extended Optical Zoom.
** At a resolution of 3-megapixel or less.
*** If the resolution is set to a level higher than 3-megapixel, the camera will automatically change it to 3-megapixel. Pressing the button a third time will return the lens to the wide-end (1x) position, and reset the resolution to the ordinary level. If the resolution is set to 3-megapixel or less, the image will be taken at the set level.
